DEVILS FLOAT (HOT FUDGE CAKE) 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter, melted

TOPPING:

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. hot water

Mix first ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Then mix topping ingredients together and pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Flip over before serving and top with ice cream or Cool Whip. (Let cool enough to touch before flipping.)

This is an old recipe and my mother-in-law gave it to me years ago. I have made it for a long time also and it is great for a quick dessert and everyone loves it.
