HASHBROWN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. shredded cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
(1/2 onion, chopped)
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Mix ingredients and cook 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
