SHRIMP FETTUCCINE 
2 lbs. (raw and peeled) shrimp
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green onion
1 stick butter
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
1 pkg. fettuccine
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper
1/2 stick butter

Saute celery and onions in butter and butter. Add shrimp and seasonings. Cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes. Add whipping cream and cook for 5 minutes. Serve over fettuccine. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Put about 1/4 cup of oil in hands and run it through the fettuccine.
