HOT CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
1/3 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar
2 pkgs. (1 - 8 oz. & 1 - 3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) pkg. German sweet chocolate, melted

Mix eggs, cream and sugar in electric blender until smooth. Cut cream cheese into pieces and add to container with chocolate. Blend at high speed for 10 seconds. Pour into buttered 1 quart casserole or souffle dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve immediately with whipped cream, if desired. Makes about 5 cups or 6 to 8 servings.

NOTE: Blended mixture can be chilled up to 2 1/2 hours in casserole before baking; increase baking time to 1 hour.
