PEAR RELISH 
30 large pears
6 large bell peppers
3 cups sugar
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. celery seed
6 large onions
3 small hot peppers
2 cups vinegar
1 jar (9 oz) mustard

Grind pears, peppers and onions in a food chopper. Add other ingredients with 1 cup of juice from grinding and cook slowly for 1 hour. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
