PEAR (CHOW CHOW) RELISH 
24 pears, cut, cored & ground up
1 pt. vinegar
12 onions, ground up
12 bell peppers, ground up
8 oz. mustard
3 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook 15 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer and put in jars and seal while hot.
