10 pears 12 onions 10 hot peppers (opt or less to taste) 3-6 large bell peppers 1 cup prepared mustard 2 cups vinegar 2 1/2 cups sugar 2 tsp salt 2 tsp celery seed Grind pears and vegetables together. Put in pan and add mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed. Bring to boil, stirring often, and cook 2-3 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal. Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes. |
