GINGER ALE SALAD 
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2-1 c. Ginger Ale
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. canned peaches or pears
1 c. orange segments
1/4 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 c. grapes, halved
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add Ginger Ale, lemon juice, and sugar. Cool. When mixture begins to thicken fold in fruit. Pour into molds or glass bowl and chill until firm. Serves 6.
