MEXICAN SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
4 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 oz. corn chips
1 can Ranch style beans
1 c. Catalina dressing

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and serve with Mexican cornbread. Serves 8.
