PINEAPPLE PICKLE 
1 can pineapple chunks
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1-2 sticks (4") cinnamon
12 whole cloves
Dash salt

Drain pineapple and save juice until later. Combine other ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add juice and boil for 1 minute. Cool. Refrigerate. This will keep a few weeks in refrigerator.
