BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

2 pkgs. graham crackers, crushed (3 c.)
4 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted butter

Stir together - line baking pan - making a crust.

1. 13 x 9 x 2 inch ungreased pan, spread graham cracker crust (bake at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes - let cool.

2. Beat at high speed (20 minutes) - 2 sticks butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 3-4 cups powdered sugar and 2 large eggs.

3. 1 (20 ounce) drained crushed pineapple.

4. 6 sliced bananas.

5. 1 large (12 ounce) Cool whip.

Decorate with maraschino cherries and chopped nuts - cover - refrigerate overnight.
