BARBECUED CHICKEN 
6 chicken halves
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/3 c. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Accent
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Season salt
1 egg
2 c. cider vinegar
Cooking oil

Boil chicken halves for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and cover. After dry ingredients are dissolved, add 1/2 cup cooking oil. Pour over steaming chicken. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes. Barbecue over charcoal for 20 minutes or until crisp, turning and basting with sauce every 4 to 5 minutes.
