HOME - STYLE BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 egg

Beat the egg, then add the oil and beat again. Add other ingredients and stir. Dip the halved broilers into the basting material and then put them over the fire. With a long-handled fork turn the broilers about every 8 minutes and baste the chicken each time with a fiber brush. Takes about 1 hour to cook.
