FRIED GREEN TOMATOES | |
Use large firm, green tomatoes. Slice in about 1/2 inch slices. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Fry in peanut oil in a good large skillet until brown and tender. This won't take long. I have always served this favorite dish with pork. |
