BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can pinto beans
1 pkg. corn tortillas
2-3 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 can enchilada sauce

Brown hamburger meat. Drain. Add beans. Break up 6 tortillas into bite-size pieces and make layer on bottom of large casserole dish. Add half of hamburger and bean mixture, 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of onions and cheese.

Mix soups and milk together and pour 1/2 of mixture on top. Repeat all other ingredients left and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Or microwave until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
