COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
5 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 lb. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. flour
Cinnamon to taste
Pie crust

Mix everything together. Pour into pie crust. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes, then to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
