ELLYN'S CHICKEN 
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
4-6 slices provolone cheese
1 can Cream Of Chicken soup
1/2 (empty soup can) of white wine
1 stick butter
1 box big croutons
your favorite spices

Prep time 10-15 minutes or less Cooking Time 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Put chicken in casserole dish; cover chicken with cheese.

In a medium bowl mix soup with wine and spices. Mix well. Pour over chicken/cheese. Then toss a box of croutons on top. Slice butter into pats and dot over top of croutons.

Bake 1 hour.

Serve with Green beans or your choice of veggie. Enjoy!
