ITALIAN STYLE BAKED CHICKEN 
3 1/2 lb. frying chicken
Flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. Romano cheese
3 sprigs parsley
3 c. Italian bread crumbs
6 tbsp. cooking oil
4 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Wash and dry chicken and dip in flour. Combine eggs, milk, cheese, salt and pepper and parsley. Dip floured chicken into beaten egg mixture and then into bread crumbs. Pour oil into baking dish, place chicken pieces, skin side up and dot with butter. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
