JELLY ROLLS 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour or 1 c. cake flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. water
Jam or jelly
Powdered sugar

Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes or until thick and lemon colored. Grease foil-lined 10x15-inch jelly roll pan. Gradually add sugar to egg. Then add water and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir just until mixed.

When baked, while hot, hurry and peel off foil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Roll in dish towel. Unroll, put on jelly. Roll back up. Slice.
