BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. cold buttermilk
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained well
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip (light)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fudge stripe cookies, broken in 1/4ths (or bite size pieces)

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
