CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve syrup
3 oz. pkg. cherry gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (12 oz.) bag fresh cranberries
2 sm. unpeeled seedless oranges, quartered
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve both gelatins in 2 cups boiling water. Add water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Combine dissolved gelatin, pineapple juice, sugar, and lemon juice. Cool. Grind cranberries and oranges (including peel) in food grinder. (Do not use food processor.) Combine gelatin mixture, ground fruits, pineapple, celery, and nuts. Pour into desired pan and chill until set. Serves 15-20.
