BEAN CASSEROLE 
8 slices bacon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
3 medium onions, cut into rings
3 cans pork and beans (any size)
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 can green lima beans, drained
1 can butter beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained

Fry bacon; remove from pan. Add to grease the brown sugar, vinegar and onions. Simmer 20 minutes.

In a casserole dish, put pork and beans, mushrooms, limas, butter beans and kidney beans. Mix all with sauce and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

This can be frozen either before or after you bake it. Good cold, too.
