1 yellow box cake mix
2 eggs
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 egg
1 stick soft butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Grease 13x9 inch pan. Mix cake mix with 2 eggs. Pat down in pan. Combine cream cheese, egg, butter and confectioners' sugar. Mix together and pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until light tan on top.
