ONE - PAN EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP
CAKE
 
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. Deluxe Devil's food chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 box (sm.) instant chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz.) bag chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into a 9 x 12 inch pan. Tilt pan until oil completely covers bottom. Pour the remaining ingredients into pan. Mix thoroughly, until smooth and all dry lumps are gone. Level the mixture in pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Test for doneness by inserting toothpick in a few places. (Keep in mind, that toothpick could come out chocolaty if you happened to poke one of the many chocolate chips. This is why a few pokes might be necessary.) Let cool slightly and enjoy (knowing you have only one dirty spoon and one measuring cup to wash!). Note: This recipe has not been adjusted for high altitude.
