CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey syrup

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. creme de menthe
Enough milk to spread

GLAZE:

6 oz. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Beat sugar, butter and eggs. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Mix all frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies. Melt chocolate bits and butter until smooth, spread over frosting and chill.
