SESAME CHICKEN 
4 chicken, skinned, boned & cut into 1" chunks
8 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. dark sesame oil
2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. dry sherry
2 tsp. fresh ginger
2 green onions, chopped

Mix 4 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 teaspoons sesame oil together and marinate chicken chunks briefly; drain. Put on skewers and grill until done, basting with rest of marinate 5 to 10 minutes. Mix the rest of soy and sesame oil with honey, sherry, ginger and green onion. Top hot chicken with sauce. Refrigerate, covered overnight or 4 hours and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving. Reheat 10 minutes at 350 degrees or serve cold.
