BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM DESSERT 
74 Ritz crackers, crushed (2 tubes from box)
3/4 c. melted butter
3 sm. pkg. instant pudding butter pecan
1/2 gallon softened ice cream butter pecan
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
Halved or chopped pecans

Mix cracker crumbs with butter. Press into 9 x 12 inch pan. Make pudding according to package using only 2 cups milk. Fold in ice cream. Pour over crust. Cover with whipped topping and garnish with pecans. Refrigerate until serving time.
