LENTIL CASSEROLE 
1 c. dry lentils, cooked
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 egg whites
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cornflakes or bread crumbs
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. thyme
Lemon wedges or tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Place in an oiled 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with lemon wedges or tomato sauce. Serves 6.
