1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 marshmallows, cut
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Stir in cream cheese and marshmallows until melted. Chill. Add rest of ingredients and fold in whipped cream. Chill until firm.
