1 sm. pkg. Jello (orange or lemon)
1 c. boiling water
1 (9 oz.) can shredded pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipped cream, whipped
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Mix the first 4 ingredients. Chill until begins to thicken. Don't wait till the Jello solidifies. While waiting on the Jello to thicken, mix the last four ingredients in the following order: Mix the soft cream cheese with the marshmallows; now mix the Miracle Whip; lastly, gently mix in the whipped cream. Once the Jello starts thickening, add and mix thoroughly the marshmallow mixture. Chill until firm.
