1 lg. can crushed pineapple
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant pudding mix (sweetened with Nutra Sweet)
8 oz. yogurt

Mix all ingredients together, saving small amount of Cool Whip to put on top. Refrigerate for a few hours.
