PINEAPPLE FLUFF CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 can Mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil

Icing:

1 med. sized Cool Whip
1 large vanilla instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple
Chopped nuts (optional)

Mix cake mix, Mandarin oranges, eggs and oil together and pour into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Mix together the 3 ingredients and put on cake. Keep refrigerated.
