CHICKEN POT LUCK 
4 chicken pieces (thighs, legs)
4 potatoes (peeled and quartered)
Sm. can whole peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. water
Dash salt, pepper, celery, oregano, garlic

425 degree oven. Mix together in roasting pan. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
