TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion
1 garlic, minced
2 sm. (14 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 (8 oz.) box Rainbow shell noodles, cooked and drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2-2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Saute ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain off fat. Add tomato, soup, noodles and seasoning. Put in glass rectangular baking dish and top with grated cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. (I usually divide into 2 smaller baking dishes and freeze one). Serves 8.
