CURRY DRESSING 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Dash of salt
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. plain yogurt

Melt butter in 1 quart saucepan; add flour, sugar, curry and salt. Gradually add orange and lemon juices. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cook for 2 additional minutes. Chill. Blend yogurt into sauce. Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Calories: 20 per tablespoon.
