OIL AND VINEGAR DRESSING WITH
CURRY
 
2/3 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. white wine
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry ground mustard
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. fine grind pepper

Add all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake well. This is especially good over a green salad made with romaine and red leaf lettuce.
