TOMATO-ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 1 c. sliced zucchini 1/2 tsp. brown sugar 1 c. croutons, cheese, herb or garlic Salt to taste Combine in lightly greased casserole. Bake 300 degrees for 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Serves 4. |
