CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
5 c. broccoli, mostly flowerettes
5 c. College Inn chicken broth
5 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. heavy cream

Simmer broccoli in soup until tender. Puree broccoli with about 1 cup of soup. In saucepan melt butter. Add flour and cream. Stir about 3 minutes. Add cream mixture to soup. Add pureed broccoli. Simmer about 5 minutes.
