ROSY FROZEN FRUIT CUPS 
3 mashed bananas
1 lg. can apricots
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Few drops red food coloring

Mash bananas in large mixing bowl. Add apricots, peaches, strawberries. Bring sugar and water to a boil and cook until a syrup forms, about three minutes. Pour over fruit mixture. Add a few drops of red food coloring. Spoon mixture into cupcake papers which have been placed in muffin tins. Freeze. (Can be served at room temperature or frozen.)
