1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
3 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. corn oil
Food color

Combine ingredients and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and begins to leave the sides of the pan. Scrape the sticky mixture onto wax paper to cool and to knead. Store in ziploc bag or other airtight container.
