STIR - FRY PORK 
1 lb. diced pork
1 lg. onion
2 cloves garlic
1 lb. broccoli
1 lb. mushrooms
1 carrot, julienned
2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. corn syrup
Dash of red peppers

Dice pork and garlic; brown in a little oil. When finished, remove from pan and add a little more oil and stir-fry broccoli, mushrooms, and carrot. Add pork and garlic. Then combine water, soy sauce, corn syrup, and cornstarch together. Pour over the other ingredients and cook until thickened. Serve over rice or noodles.
