1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring

Mix all ingredients in large pan. Cook 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until "unsticky". Knead when cool. Store in airtight container.
