2 c. flour
2 c. water
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 tbsp. oil
Food color

Mix together in saucepan. Cook over low-medium heat until thickens and forms ball, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Let cool. Knead until smooth.
