APPETIZER SPARE RIBS | |
2 lbs. spareribs 1 sliced onion 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. curry powder 3/4 c. water 1/4 c. soya sauce 1/3 c. cider vinegar Cut ribs into 2 inch pieces. Simmer with onion, salt and water to cover in large saucepan for 50 minutes or until meat is tender. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and curry powder in small saucepan, add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. |
