CHEESE AND PASTA IN A POT 
2 lbs. ground beef
Vegetable oil

Brown; drain. 1 (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

Add. 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Pour 1/2 shells into deep casserole. Cover with half tomato sauce. Spread 1/2 sour cream. Top with Provolone cheese. Repeat; top with Mozzarella. Cover casserole. Bake 350 degrees 35-040 minutes. Remove cover. Bake. (Can freeze.)
