2 c. raisins
1/2 c. strong coffee or 1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee and 1/2 c. water
2 c. hot water
4 tsp. baking soda

Soak for several hours. Then add: 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts 4 tbsp. oil 3 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix thoroughly and bake in greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for hour at 350 degrees.
