CHRISTMAS TREE COFFEE CAKE
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 c. chopped seedless raisins
1/2 c. candied fruit and peel
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. milk

If you don't like candied fruit increase nuts and raisins to 1 cup each.

Combine Bisquick with brown sugar and next 4 ingredients. Add 1/4 cup melted butter and milk. Beat until well blended. Turn dough out on floured board, knead 8 to 10 times. Divide dough into about 24 pieces.

Shape each piece into a ball. Arrange on a slightly greased baking sheet to resemble Christmas tree. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. While warm, spread with frosting made by mixing 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoon cream (color green if desired). Decorate tree with raisins and fruit.
