EASY BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE | |
1 Keebler Ready Crust graham cracker pie crust 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling (Thank You brand is good) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Beat until fluffy. Pour mixture into crust. Bake 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool. Spread blueberry filling on top. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. |
