SUGAR PLUM CAKE 
2 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 jars plums (baby food jars)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients by hand in order given. First sift dry ingredients and add salad oil, plums and beaten eggs. Add a little red food coloring for a pretty color. Pour into a well greased and sugared bundt pan (use about 1/4 cup of sugar from the 2 cups). Bake for 1 hour in 325 degree oven. Cool in pan for 30 minutes. No frosting is needed as it has a light coating of sugar form the pan. Use about 1 cup of powdered sugar with lemon juice for glaze, if you want a glaze.
