SUGAR PLUM LOAF 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 (7 3/4 oz.) jars Jr. baby food plums with tapioca
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder, and spices. Beat eggs; mix in sugar, oil, plums, vanilla, and dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and raisins. Turn batter into 3 greased and floured loaf pans (or 6 mini loaf pans or 1 large tube pan).

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until tests done.

VANILLA GLAZE (OPTIONAL) :

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. sherry or lemon juice

Mix until smooth.
